Poet and academic Mia You was born in Seoul, South Korea, grew up in Northern California, and now lives in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Her poetry collection I, Too, Dislike It (2016) has been described as “a companion, an aria to bodily discomfort and impossibility”, and guides the reader through both the familiar and the unfamiliar.
