Also known as Director of Behavior, artist Michael Portnoy is in symbiosis with the audience, using a pannel of mediums during his performances. Developing an aesthetic called Relational Stalinism, Michael’s work uses a slippery iron fist to unbutton the viewer’s buggy of self and catapult her into a realm of truths only palpable through higher forms of irrationality. Michael is also the best person to go to a Bob Dylan’s concert with, as he might wripp off his shirt in the middle of the stage. Art ought to be a “Soy bomb”, that is written on his chest.
